OTI is seeking a full-time Senior Fundraising Director to lead donor development, stewardship, and long-term revenue strategy. This role reports to the President and works closely with the Vice President of Operations and senior leadership.  The Senior Fundraising Director will strengthen and expand OTI’s philanthropic foundation by cultivating existing donors, transitioning these relationships into multi-year commitments, and building a transformational giving system that positions OTI for long-term growth. This leader will serve as the point person for grants and grant reporting, and oversee donor segmentation, prospecting criteria, and wealth screening processes.

OTI is seeking an Outreach and Marketing Director to drive growth in therapist membership and patient engagement through strategic marketing, branding, advertising, and outreach to professional organizations. This role owns how OTI attracts, engages, and converts both professional and patient engagement across digital platforms, partnerships, and public facing channels. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the President and working closely with the Vice President of Operations and Administrative Manager.
