Rosemary Eldridge
Vice President of Operations
Rosemary Eldridge is the Vice President of Operations at the Open Therapy Institute (OTI), where she oversees the organization’s operational and strategic infrastructure—including finance, compliance, HR, and systems—while supporting donor development, event and membership management, and long-term growth initiatives. Known for creating clarity and structure in periods of transition, she brings a proactive, data-driven approach to aligning strategy and execution in dynamic environments.
Before joining OTI, Rosemary served as Director of Operations at the March for Life, where she built scalable systems that strengthened budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and reporting for a multi-million-dollar organization. Prior to that, she was Director of Communications and Events at the Catholic Information Center, leading all aspects of communications, media, and event strategy to elevate the organization's reach and public engagement.
A U.S. Army Reserve veteran, Rosemary served eight years as a Medical Administrator Officer after commissioning from Georgetown University. She is a graduate of George Washington University and lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and four children.
