Kelly Stephen Eustis

Project Director

Kelly Eustis serves as the Project Director for Open Therapy Institute (OTI). In this role he is responsible for translating organization priorities into structured execution, including project planning, timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and follow-through across programs, partnerships, communications, and operational initiatives.

Prior to joining OTI in April 2026, Kelly was the director of membership engagement for a national healthcare policy nonprofit, was the executive director of a chamber of commerce, and had spent a decade involved in politics. He was named to the 40 Under 40 list in 2023 by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) and won a Pollie Award in 2012 from the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC).

Kelly is a native of upstate New York and previously lived in California. He is a New York Yankees fan and enjoys the outdoors, video games with his son, and coffee shops.
