Jaco van Zyl, MA (Clinical Psychology), is a chartered clinical psychologist in Ireland, having previously practiced as a clinical psychologist in South Africa. He currently works in private practice as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in Ireland. He has a special interest in personality and mood disorders, trauma-spectrum disorders, and the psychology of groups. Having published studies in peer reviewed journals and the popular press in Africa, he continues to make unique scholarly contributions to the field.
