Shantala Weiss

Head of Marketing & Growth

Shantala Weiss is the Head of Marketing & Growth at the Open Therapy Institute, where she leads brand strategy, audience development, and growth initiatives in support of OTI's mission to expand access to open, evidence-based mental health care. She brings over a decade of senior marketing experience in high-growth startup environments, with a track record of building marketing programs from the ground up and translating creative strategy into meaningful, measurable impact.

Before joining OTI, Shanti held senior marketing leadership roles at several high-growth companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, architecture and engineering, and government contracting. In each role, she built and led high-performing teams, served as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, and developed the brand and marketing infrastructure that supported each organization's growth.

A triple-major graduate of the University of Mississippi, magna cum laude, Shanti studied International Studies, Spanish, and Public Policy & Leadership.
